Yes, by all means.
2) What are your addictions?
Cleaning, playing with my cats, eating, the internet, movies, having sex, writing, making collages, talking on the phone, staying up late, watching t.v., psychiatric drugs, swimming.
3) Do you have any things you avoid because you see them as potential addictions?
Internet porn, ultra-edgy sex, non-psychiatric drugs, alcohol, cigarettes.
4) What do you wish you were addicted to?
Weight-lifting, making lanyards, doing managed care forms.
5) What's your favorite book or movie or song or poem about addiction?
Well, my aunt and I recently enjoyed the t.v. movie with Meredith Baxter Bernie (?) in which her name is Kate and she is bulimic (the woman who was the mother in Family Ties). There is a great scene where she eats chocolate cake off the kitchen floor.

Two more addictions I have: spending tons of time in drug stores, spending money on luxuries-particularly cabs.

yes

blogging and the internet in general, chocolate, sugar, shopping (spending money)
3) Do you have any things you avoid because you see them as potential addictions?
I moderate my alcohol intake, don't smoke, avoid street drugs and stick to my prescription pills, thrills, seduction, flirting, sometimes I worry I'm addicted to sex, but I don't think it's that big of a problem.
4) What do you wish you were addicted to?
vegetables, fruit, aerobics, cleaning house

I can't think of one right now. I'll let you know if I think of one later.

I thought of a book (which I'll probably review on my blog one of these days) - "How Loathesome" by Ted naifeh and Tristan Crane. A beautifully done graphic novel on the fluidity of gender that brings up addiction (though it doesn't provide any answers).

Food, clothing, shoes, Desperate Housewives.

Researching cute male/female cebrities.

Excersize and eatting right.
